※After purchasing a ticket, please contact H.I.P. 03-3475-9999 (weekdays 10:00am - 6:00pm JST) in advance for guidance on disabled/wheelchair-accessible areas. You will be guided to the disabled/wheelchair viewing area.
※Customers with ticket of arena seat will be guided to disabled/wheelchair-accessible area at arena rear. Customers with ticket of 1F or above seat will be guided to disabled/wheelchair-accessible area in S seating area.
Depending on the space available and the number of people who have applied, we may not be able to accommodate your request should those areas be full.
Please note that even if you have purchased VIP GOLD, VIP SILVER and VIP Balcony seats, we will not be able to provide you with a seat within the VIP seating area as there are no disabled/wheelchair viewing areas available in that area.
